She was born in South Carolina and received her college education at Clemson University. After that, she obtained an master's in broadcast journalism from the University of Miami. Kelly's dream was to work for TV channels from the time she was a kid. Kelly found the job as a TV producer and editor thrilling and glamorous. Following her graduation Kelly was employed as an intern and production assistant for ACC Digital Network. After her training and experience, she was elevated to a position as a production assistant at the ACC Digital Network. She then joined Fox Sports Florida as an intern, and later moved to Fox Sports Sun. Then she persevered and eventually promoted to a position at MLB Network, the largest sports news channel in America. Co-hosting "The Rundown," an extremely popular show that airs by the network, she currently is working for the network. She also has a large fan base, and keeps in touch with them via social media sites.
